一、 AI電源櫃或大功率電源申請UL/IEC/EN 62368-1保護連結接地導體銅箔厚度要求
AI電源櫃(Power Shelf)或大功率電源(Switch Mode Power Supply output > 5kW)的產品,因為輸入電流普遍大於25A,依據IEC62368-1標準評估保護連結銅箔(Protective Bonding Trace)接地時,跟一般消費性電子產品有不同的要求,以AI Power Shelf為範例,採以下產品特點做為評估背景範例說明
1. High Power & Density: 33kW(1RU)to 72kW, 110kW(Rated Input 60A-80A)
2. Mains High-voltage(3ØY, 200-277/346-480 V~, 3W+N+PE或 800VDC)
保護連結銅箔(Protective Bonding Trace)需要注意以下要求
1. 截面積要符合Table G.7或是Table 31的尺寸要求
(連結接地銅箔截面積可參考以下4 oz Cooper ILL. 1, 1 oz Cooper ILL. 2 範例)
2. 相較IEC 62368-1 Table 31要求,Table G.7同時適用電源線保護接地(Protective Earth; 如綠滾黃接地線),尺寸要求比Table 31大,一般直接採用Table 31評估
3. 不能採用Annex R 測試,取代進行Table G.7或是Table 31的尺寸要求
(Note: 因產品功率大,Input current >25A)
4. 大功率產品因Input current >25A,產品搭配的斷路器(Circuit Breaker)規格也普遍>30A,因此需要依據Table 33 進行接地測試的測試時間加長,對產品接地要求也較高,測試過程也比較容易產生異常。
實務上製造商經常受限於AC電源輸入連接器(Input Connector)的規格,因尺寸需泛用於主流規格(Ex: ORV3或HPRV4),確保產品在不同主流客戶(CSP or AI Data Center)間可以共用,保護接地銅箔的寬度就要符合Input Connector Pin size,無法進一步拓寬增加截面積,在此限制下建議製造商可以考慮
- 多層板設計(6 layers or more)and
- 採用高oz 鋪銅的設計

二、 風扇產品安規升級—從歐盟EN 62368-1:2014 跨越至 2018/2023
1. EN 62368-1:2014 版已正式失效
歐盟市場與國際認證體系已全面轉向 2018(Ed 3.0)與 2023(Ed 4.0),持舊版證書的風扇產品出口歐盟時,將面臨海關查驗不符或被通路商要求下架的風險。
2. 風扇標準提升有多了哪些評估
- 熱能危害(TS):預防馬達堵轉或過載導致的高溫燙傷或起火
- 機械危害(MS):防止手指誤入危險運動部件(扇葉)造成的物理傷害
- 化學/燃燒危害(PS):外殼與電路板的材料防火等級
- 標籤與警告標誌:新版標準對警告圖示(如:禁止觸碰扇葉)的大小,顏色與擺放位置有更明確的規範
3. 老舊證書(3-5年以上)使用到失效的風扇版本的潛在風險
- 出口卡關:大型零售商會審核認證報告,如果看到引用的標準是已失效的 2014 版,他們有權拒絕收貨
- 法律責任:萬一產品發生起火或漏電事故,在法院判決時,使用已失效標準的產品會被視為製造商未盡到更新安全義務,賠償責任會非常重
- 年度審廠風險:如果有申請如GS標誌或TÜV標誌,每年會有工廠檢查,檢查員會核對關鍵零件清單,如果發現清單內的零件證書已過期或標準已失效,會被開立缺失,要求限期更新零件證書或更換供應商,如果不配合,可能會註銷該份報告。
如果是長期經營的產品,建議進行風扇版本的更新或產品進行升版新標準,如有相關案件上的考量進行,可以聯絡我司業務協助進行處理
三、 歐盟要求外部電源供應器導入DoE LEVEL VII實務補充說明
在歐盟外部電源生態設計要求法規(EU)2025/2052中已說明,USB Type-C 外部電源供應器(EPS)具備互通性,可與不同特性之 USB 線材搭配使用,由於線材在電氣特性上可能存在些微差異(如線長、線徑及壓降等),對整體能源效率可能產生一定程度的影響。因此,在實務測試與效率評估時,會一併考量不帶線的測試條件作為參考,以降低相關變因對量測結果的影響。
綜合而言,在 USB Type-C EPS 的效率評估中,線材屬於影響因素之一。透過適當的測試方法與條件設定,可有效降低量測不確定性,並確保測試結果符合一致性與可比性之要求。
